Mishanghai is seeking A experienced cooks withgreat availability as shifts do vary occasionally. Applicant must beavailable on weekends, split shifts required.

At least 3 years experience in Chinese and Koreancuisine is necessary as you will have to be able to cook traditional Chinesestir fry dish as well as some Korean dish, such as cold noodle soup, Koreanstyle BBQ Beef/Chicken, Korean style soups, etc.

This position requires you to:

• work under pressure in a fast and professional manner
• work unsupervised
• create and contribute to menu planning
• be familiar with all aspects of kitchen operations
• be a team player who is willing to cover all avenues of thekitchen, including washing dishes and end of night clean up
• have a high standard of hygiene and be competent in food saferegulations (HACCP)

This job is an 38 hours per week full time job.
